Leadership skills are important in everyone’s lives and those skills can be learned every day and improved. As a leader, one should be able to clearly explain to the workforce everything, from an individual’s tasks to organizational goals. So, a brand new and exciting podcast series on Leadership has come up. Christine Reidhead will host the entire Leadership podcast series and will be discussing different topics with none other than Mr. Tom Davis, who is an experienced leader and educator and is best known for his contributions to Navajo Technical University (NTU).

She got her Associate degree in General Studies from Eastern Arizona College and then went on to get a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education from Prescott College. She also attended the University of Phoenix and received a Master’s degree in Accountancy.

Christine is known for serving the communities that face poverty and have no access to proper healthcare and education. She has many years of experience in serving and uplifting various communities and this helps her to solve any type of challenge. She is also passionate to work for people in need and is trying every possible thing to make this world a better place to live in.

She started as an Accountant at Navajo Technical University in 2011 and later on worked in different roles in the same university. Right now, she is a professor of Business at NTU. Apart from these roles, she also manages her non-profit organization, AfrikRising with the same devotion. This organization provides resources to the children, who are starved and have limited access to health and education in Africa.

Christine even hosts podcasts with a focus on advocacy, non-profits and the Tribal College Movement. She is hosting a new podcast with an experienced educator Mr. Tom Davis on Leadership. Mr. Tom Davis started his career in 1972. At that time, the tribal college movement was in the nascent stage. He has given his entire life in the development of Tribal Colleges and Universities (TCUs).

In his career spanning four decades, he has worked for around six TCUs in different positions. He helped many of them to develop strong and valuable academic programs and get regional as well as national accreditation. Throughout his career, Tom motivated the TCUs to explore and adopt new technologies for supporting the goals of their college, tribe and community. He even partnered with many leaders of technological innovation and these partnerships helped most of the TCUs build and develop the research infrastructure. He has done extraordinary work in his field and is responsible for advancing the tribal college movement.

In the leadership podcast, Mr. Tom Davis will be discussing management and its purpose and he will be giving ideas about how successful managers should be. He will also be talking about the qualities of a successful leader and how they succeed in changing times. Mr. Tom will also be sharing his experiences about managing people and the role of creativity in an organization in subsequent leadership podcasts. Dealing with crisis and how to affect cultural change in an organization are something that people will get to know from Mr. Tom. This new leadership podcast will definitely help people to gain knowledge on different aspects of professional life. People can learn a lot from Tom Davis’ experiences and can implement many things to achieve their goals.
